Melissa Cox

Support & Field Services

Melissa joined eLynx in February, 2019 as Field Services Admin in the Carthage office. In her current role as the Procurement & Logistics Manager, she is responsible for ordering hardware, inventory management and vendor relations, as well as assisting with COMS support and field service customer issues.

In her spare time, Melissa owns and operates a women's and children's boutique which she started in 2017. Today, she has turned the boutique into a 100% online business that sells and ships to customers nationwide.

Noting what she enjoys most about eLynx, Melissa said "The independence of being able to do my job, but also knowing that if I need assistance someone is always a phone call away and willingly ready to step up and help. In a very short time, I’ve established great friendships while working remotely daily!"
