Paydan Swint is an instrumentation professional with a unique blend of technical and leadership expertise, holding dual degrees in Instrumentation Engineering and Applied Technical Leadership from Oklahoma State University Institute of Technology.

Before joining eLynx Technologies, Paydan completed an internship with ONEOK, where he gained hands-on experience working on OT networks, tag mapping for data logging, and SCADA control systems.

Based out of Tulsa, Paydan serves as a Field Services Technician, pre-building automation hardware and providing field support for eLynx SCADA installations throughout Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri, and Arkansas. He values eLynx’s driven culture and enjoys collaborating with a team passionate about quality and innovation.

Outside of work, Paydan is an avid traveler and adventurer who has visited 24 countries—a number he plans to grow. He enjoys exploring the outdoors and spending time with his family.
