Russell worked for Steve Jackson at a previous company, American Central Gas Technologies, as the Supervisor of Measurement and SCADA from 1998 to 2003. In 2003, Russell joined eLynx as a field technician, and in 2006 became manager of field services. At the end of 2019, Russell was promoted to Operations Manager, overseeing the Customer Success team comprised of technical support, field services and special projects.
Russell leads a Customer Success team centered on the values of providing excellence and being a true partner with its customers. His mission is to help customers operate more safely by enabling them to see their data remotely and providing alarming to know when there is an issue.
Russell says, “The Customer Success team is a link in our overall plan to provide a turnkey complete solution for our customers. We will partner with producers that share the same vision of using data to operate smarter and safer.”
A father of two sons, Russell lives in Midland, Texas, but loves to travel whenever and wherever possible. He is passionate about classic cars, foreign and domestic, and loves to take drives in his Corvette.
