eLynx Signs Deal with MWS Producing

TULSA, Okla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Jan, 17th, 2008

Tulsa-based eLynx Technologies, one of the country's leading providers of remote well monitoring systems, announced today it has signed a deal with MWS Producing.

Headquartered in Stanton, Texas, MWS operates several stripper oil wells in the Permian Basin. Many of them only produce a barrel or two of oil each day, resulting in a vital need for accurate tank measurement.

"With the eLynx tank monitoring solution, we are able to measure tank levels to within one-sixteenth of an inch," said Mike Swinson, president and owner of MWS Producing. "We believe in taking advantage of automation and getting a quicker payout during these times of higher oil prices, which will help us make it through another downturn if that were to happen."

Swinson cited several benefits of using the eLynx system, including increased production due to less downtime and increased operating efficiencies. In addition, he estimated a net savings of $195 per site per month, as employees will be required to take fewer trips to the field to gauge tanks.
