eLynx Signs Deal with PetroEdge
TULSA, Okla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Jan, 2nd, 2008
Tulsa-based eLynx Technologies, one of the country's leading providers of remote
well monitoring systems, announced today it has signed a deal with PetroEdge Resources
Partners.
eLynx is implementing SCADALynx in PetroEdge's West Virginia operations. Branded
as the ultimate solution for product automation and data management, SCADALynx is
a Web-based software that provides real-time production information to eLynx clients
across the country.
"West Virginia has a rugged terrain, which can require a lot of time and difficulty
in accessing the well sites to capture production results," said Joe Holsen, Reservoir
and Production Engineering Manager for PetroEdge. "This system allows our personnel
in Texas and West Virginia to review the production every morning and focus our
manpower on the immediate issues."
PetroEdge was founded in 2004 and is an independent energy company that acquires,
exploits and explores unconventional natural gas and crude oil properties. It currently
has offices in Houston, Texas, and West Virginia.
Since 2000, eLynx Technologies has provided real-time data collection, production
reporting, trending, well monitoring and control via the Internet for the oil and
