Ross, Greer Exploration Continue to Use eLynx to Save Time, Money

TULSA, Okla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Dec, 12th 2007
Ross Exploration and Greer Exploration announced today they continue to reap benefits from Tulsa-based eLynx Technologies, one of the country's leading providers of remote well monitoring systems. Both companies cite time and money savings as major advantages over other competitors in the oil and gas market.

"With the eLynx alarm notification system, we have been able to decrease downtime in our compressors, which costs us $1,000 every hour one of our compressors is inactive," said Matt Jetton, production manager for Ross Exploration.

Ross Exploration operates oil and gas production in Fort Smith, Ark., and currently uses the eLynx program SCADALynx. Branded as the ultimate solution for product automation and data management, this Webbased software provides real-time production information to eLynx clients across the country.

Greer Exploration utilizes AlarmLynx, an eLynx system that notifies users via text message of alarm conditions. The exploration company gathers saltwater from several oil and gas companies in the Joaquin, Texas, area and needed dependable tank alarms to avoid environmental catastrophes. They currently utilize the SMS4D system for 15 saltwater disposal sites.

"By integrating the eLynx system into our operation, we save countless hours of time and substantial amounts of money in overtime," said Kevin Greer, operations manager for Greer Exploration. "Now we have the ability to respond to problems as needed, rather than spending precious time troubleshooting."

Since 2000, eLynx Technologies has provided real-time data collection, production reporting, trending, well monitoring and control via the Internet for the oil and gas industry. The company services more than 215 exploration and production companies and operates in more than 20 states. Headquartered in Tulsa, eLynx also has support offices in Denver, Houston, Dallas, Oklahoma City and Carthage, Texas.
