eLynx Supplies Monitoring for EnerQuest With MeterDOC

TULSA, Okla., June 23 /PRNewswire/ -- EnerQuest Oil and Gas, L.L.C. of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma now receives online well monitoring with eLynx Technologies' MeterDOC product.

EnerQuest chose MeterDOC in order to efficiently monitor pressure, flow, PDFlow, and differential pressure for operational use. MeterDOC provides real-time well information that can be accessed on the Internet by authorized personnel at anytime or location. MeterDOC captures well information in the field and transmits it back to the eLynx Data Center using the digital overhead channel of the cellular network.

"The MeterDOC's we have on our wells have been an excellent investment and we are now evaluating their use on additional properties," says Matt Mollman, vice president of EnerQuest. "The service this product provides allows us to respond quickly to changes in operating conditions which would result in production losses."

MeterDOC also provides an additional alarming service to EnerQuest. When a well drops below a specific set-point, personnel will be dispatched via email, mobile phone or pager. This service increases revenue by eliminating long periods of downtime.
