eLynx and SCADA Source Form a Resale Agreement
TULSA, Okla., Oct. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- eLynx Technologies, a Web-based field automation company, recently signed an agreement with SCADA Source, an automation solutions distributor for the oil and gas industry, headquartered in Farmington, New Mexico.
SCADA Source has agreed to sell eLynx's CompressorDOC solution. CompressorDOC uses the digital overhead channel of the cellular network to provide real-time data on the Internet, which allows producers to view their data from anywhere they can access the Internet. They know the status of their compressors, run-time percentage calculations, downtime hours, etc., in addition to alarm notification when a compressor is down.
"eLynx has entered a market where their services are much needed," said Dan Schultejann, chief executive officer for SCADA Source. "It may take a little while for producers to catch on, but it is the right choice. eLynx solutions are options for the future. They are the right fit for oil and gas companies that want to move smartly and successfully into the 21st century."
For the present time SCADA Source is distributing the CompressorDOC solution, however other products will soon be added to the agreement. SCADA Source will also become a certified eLynx solutions installer.
